1. About Us

Padel Holidays Direct Ltd is a UK-registered travel and experience company specialising in padel coaching camps and holiday packages. Our registered office is Bartle House, 7/9 Oxford Ct, Manchester M2 3WQ, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Padel Holidays Direct Ltd.

2. Our Services

We organise and sell padel holiday packages that include accommodation, court access, professional coaching, and selected activities at destinations worldwide. We act as an organiser and facilitator, working with third-party providers including hotels, coaching facilities, and transport operators.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (typically 25% of the total trip cost). The balance is due 60 days before departure. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card and bank transfer. Prices are quoted in GBP and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking
• All deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by us
• We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of significant currency fluctuations or tax changes

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit retained; balance refunded in full
• 31 to 60 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost retained
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost retained
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason.

5. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any trip if minimum participant numbers are not met (typically 6 guests), or if circumstances beyond our control make the trip unviable. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (flights, insurance, etc.) in the event of our cancellation.

6. Changes to Itineraries

While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as described, padel holiday programmes are subject to change due to weather, court availability, coach illness, or other operational factors. We will always substitute activities of equivalent or greater value. Significant changes to your trip will be communicated as soon as possible.

7. Guest Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking
• Have adequate travel insurance covering sports activities, medical emergencies, and trip cancellation
• Hold a valid passport with at least six months validity beyond your return date
• Be physically fit enough to participate in padel coaching and match play
• Respect local laws, customs, and the rights of other guests and coaching staff

8. Liability

Padél is a physical sport with inherent risks. We require all guests to sign a participation waiver before commencing coaching. Padel Holidays Direct Ltd accepts liability only for proven negligence on our part. We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from guest negligence, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is capped at the total amount paid for the trip in question.

9. Website Use

All content on padelholidaysdirect.co.uk including images, text, and branding is the property of Padel Holidays Direct Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. We make every effort to ensure information is accurate, but we do not guarantee the website will always be available or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your booking or use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
